How do I earn Loyalty points?
The loyalty and rewards programme is our way of showing our appreciation to all our loyal customers. You'll earn points for making purchases (some exemptions do apply) in store and online. Once you reach 1000 points you can redeem those points for a current reward that is available at the time, or keep earning them for another reward.
How do I see my points balance?
By clicking on the parcel shaped widget right hand side of the website, you can see your points balance.
How do I redeem my points?
Log into your online account and check your points balance in the parcel shaped widget on the website. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer at that time. If you have enough points, you can *Redeem Points* to receive a unique reward voucher. You can use your reward voucher during checkout. Just copy and paste your reward voucher number into the Discount field and click apply. You can only use one voucher per order. You can redeem your points in store by providing your email address and then making a purchase afterwards.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
There is no current limit in place. You can only redeem one reward per order.
I completed a purchase but didn’t earn points?
Sometimes it can take a few minutes for us to process your points through the system. If a purchase is not marked as paid in full this can hold up the points earnt. Once payment has been received and processed against your account, your points should accumulate within a short space of time.
My points earnt do not match my purchase value?
This may be because you purchased an exempt item – see below for list. Points are earnt on the GST exclusive portion of each sale and points are not earnt on shipping and courier costs.
How do I leave the loyalty programme?
Contact us and we will remove you from the programme
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly. Please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout on your next purchase. If you have enough points, you can *Redeem Points* for a reward voucher. You can also redeem your points in store by providing your email address and then making a purchase afterwards.
Do my points expire?
Yes all points expire after 12 months. For example, if you earn 100 points today, these points will expire 12 months from now.
I saw a reward I wanted and now it is no longer available?
Rewards will be changed regularly or there may be a limited supply of certain rewards. When this happens, a different reward will be offered to earn.

Paint Me Vintage reserve the right to remove a customer from the loyalty programme or change, modify, cancel and remove points and rewards at any time.
Reward voucher can only be redeemed once.
Reward redemption is not available in conjunction with any other offer
Exemptions to earning points: custom ordered or one of a kind items, workshop and event tickets
You cannot return a reward.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Please choose your items carefully as we are under no legal obligation to offer refunds or returns for a change of mind. However if your item is faulty we will do our best to remedy the situation with a repair, replacement or if we are unable to do that a credit to spend in store. *cases where this does not apply is where an item is purchased as a second or second hand item initially.

Normal shipping is $10.00 courier in NZ, extra for rural and bulky items
