RETURNS POLICY:
At Paint Me Vintage we aim to provide you with quality products, however, if you have purchased an item from Paint Me Vintage and believe it to be faulty please contact us immediately at hello@paintmevintage.co.nz
We will do our best to remedy the situation with a repair, replacement or if we are unable to do that a credit to spend in store. *cases where this does not apply is where an item is purchased as a second or second hand item initially.
SALE ITEMS: We do not allow returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items. All items purchased on sale are considered final sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns for purchases from other stores that stock similar products, as we operate as separate entities.
We advise you to keep note of your return tracking information, as we do not take responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by return parcels.
